Warranty & Return Policy

Every classic vehicle sold by Heritage Motors includes a limited mechanical warranty for your peace of mind:
→ 25 days from the date of delivery
OR
→ 300 miles driven — whichever comes first
During this warranty window, if a mechanical issue appears that was not disclosed prior to purchase, our team will work directly with you to address the problem through:

  • 🛠️ Repairs
  • 💰 Partial refund
  • 🔄 Return (if necessary and approved)
  • ✔️ What’s CoveredUnexpected mechanical failures
  • Internal drivetrain issues not visible at the time of sale
  • Electrical or safety components if failure was not disclosed
  • ❌ What’s NOT CoveredCosmetic imperfections mentioned before sale (scratches, fading, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear due to age (brakes, hoses, minor leaks)
  • Any post-sale modifications or repairs made by the buyer
  • Accidents, misuse, neglect, or damage caused after delivery
  • Classic quirks that are typical for vintage cars and don’t affect drivability

🔁 Return Eligibility

If the vehicle is delivered in a significantly different condition than described, or a major hidden issue arises within the warranty period, you may request a return.


➡️ Returns must be pre-approved in writing


➡️ Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer


➡️ Vehicle must be in the same condition as delivered
